• Re-centralize the control of all companies in the group by utilizing a young highly capable management team
• Provide share service where applicable such as Human Resource Management, Back-end Trade Finance and Accounting Service, Internal Control Management, Information Technology Management. This will in the long run reduce overhead cost of the whole group by eliminating each of the companies own Back-Office function such as Accounting and HR.
• Plan and Strategize on a corporate level by harnessing the capability of each of the management team member in order to improve existing companies and also to start up new business projects.
• Take part in re-engineering by utilizing internal resources and/or external consultant.

Most of the group's activities concentrate around the Petroleum, Chemicals and Logistic sector. The following are some of the group's activities:

• Domestic Oil Trading as independent licensed whole-seller.
• Fertilizer manufacturing and sales.
• Rental of logistic facilities and infrastructure: Oil and Chemical Storage rental, warehouse rental, port/jetty facility rental.
• Lubricating Oil & Grease manufacturing, trading and retail.
• Specialty Chemicals manufacturing and trading.
• Commodities chemicals manufacturing and trading.
• Helicopter operation both on-shore commercial flights and offshore service to oil & gas rigs in the Gulf of Thailand for oil companies.

The group also has high growth opportunities both in old activities and new business projects. Some of the new business projects waiting to challenge the new management team are:

• Car maintenance center/hub for one of top tier European Brand.
• Deep Sea Oil Terminal.
• Industrial Estate infrastructure and rental.
• Integrated Supply-Chain for export/imports of perishable products which include air-freight activities (One of the group's companies which has license to commercially operate helicopter also has license to commercially operate airplane.)
• Natural Gas related activities such as engine conversion to become natural gas compatible.
• Alternative Fuels and fuels additive.
• International Oil Trading (The group was one of the largest independent importers of oil products into Thailand in the past when Thailand did not have enough refinery production capacity. Within the next two years Thailand's domestic demands shall outstrip supply again. Along with the government's plan to set up the Sri-Ra-cha Oil trading hub, this will open doors for the revival of this activities)
